From One Truck in Boston to a Nationwide Network
Grunber started in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2020, when founder Leonardo Vargas began collecting scrap metal with a single pickup truck. Working directly in the field introduced him to more than the recycling industry. It showed him how much time independent haulers spent finding customers, answering inquiries, and arranging jobs alongside the physical work of hauling.
