This section provides answers to the most common questions for Grunber haulers. Please review carefully before starting any jobs to ensure smooth operations and timely payments.

1. What's the pay structure / how much can I earn?

Payouts depend on each job, every job is different. Grunber operates with a BID structure for most jobs. Here's how it works: We receive the lead from the client, then match it with haulers located closest to the job (usually within a 5–20 mile radius) to give local drivers the opportunity first. Since price is one of the most important factors for clients, your bid must be competitive in order for us to send the best quote and win the job. Always send your best price to stay competitive with other haulers in your area. You can place your bids directly through the Grunber App. Occasionally, we also have pre-paid jobs, these come with a preset payout. If you're interested, simply accept the offer in the app. However, most of the time you'll be asked to submit a bid before we send a quote to the client.

2. How long does it take to receive payment?

Payments are made within 24 hours after the job is completed. Grunber uses Stripe to process all payouts to our haulers and vendors. Timeline: Once our audit team reviews the job and confirms that all items were properly removed, payment is processed the same day. It typically takes 1–4 business days for the funds to appear in your account via ACH transfer. Important: To receive payment quickly, always follow all in-app job instructions, including uploading before and after photos and clear load photos. These images are essential for our audit team to verify the job and close the request so you can get paid without delay.

3. Do I need a helper or crew?

Yes, each job typically requires two people (the driver plus a helper) to ensure safety and efficiency. However, we're flexible, since we usually provide pictures for every job, if you feel comfortable and confident that the job can be safely completed alone, you may go solo. Always make sure the removal can be done safely and without risk to yourself, the customer, or property.

4. Do I need to work full-time / dedicate entire days?

No, you can choose how many jobs you accept and when you are available. The system is flexible, accept jobs that suit your schedule.

5. What kinds of jobs will I be doing?

Jobs include junk removal / haul-away services: in-home pickups, curb/outdoor pickups, business disposal, property clean-outs, etc. Items can be furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, bulky items.

6. What tools should I have for the jobs?

It's important to carry a basic set of tools with you on every job. Sometimes, you'll need to disassemble or unbolt certain items to remove them safely. We recommend keeping a small toolbox that includes: Socket and wrench set (for U-bolts or bed frames) Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips) Utility knife Pliers and adjustable wrench Hammer or small pry bar Cordless drill (optional but very helpful) Having these tools on hand helps you complete jobs faster and more efficiently, avoiding delays or damages.

7. When should I contact support, and what should I do first?

We're always here to support you, but before you call or text, please try these steps first to help us resolve things faster: Check the job pictures carefully, we provide all photos for a reason. Often the answer is in the images. Try to complete the job yourself if it's safe and reasonable to do so. Use the tools and best practices you already have. If you still need help, contact support and include: We'll respond quickly and do everything we can to support you. Asking for help with clear info lets us get you back to work faster and keeps our customers happy.

8. Where can I see my earnings?

You can check your earnings through your Stripe account using either a browser or the mobile app. Browser (recommended): Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com Log in with the email linked to your Stripe account View completed payouts, pending payouts, payment history, and deposit status Mobile app (optional): Download the Stripe Dashboard from the App Store or Google Play Store Log in with your Stripe email Access your earnings and payment details anytime

9. I completed a job but don't see my payment. What should I do?

If you completed a job and Grunber has already sent the payment, but you don't see it in your Stripe account: • Payments may take some time to appear in your dashboard and be processed • In most cases, this happens within 24 hours, but it can vary depending on your bank and country If the payment still does not appear after this period, please contact Grunber support.
